if i profess Spirituality there are certain Standards

if i DON'T profess Spirituality, there aren't those Standards.

so the one/s who DON'T profess Spirituality are in integrity with themselves since they never professed to be Spiritual.

..And the Ones who DO profess Spirituality are NOT in Integrity if they don't hold those very Standards that the former do not profess...in other words, is one in Accordance with one's own self-professed Standards...if they are, they are in integrity; if not, they're not.
