They equate America or even "rightness" with the establisment when any mediocre American Historian will tell you that America was BORNE out of an anti establishment ethos..
Probably or possibly explains why/how the narrative has been used to divide us: people say America isn't great b/c of such and such past action...

elitism is wrong...elitism holds that the establishment is greater than the people I feel (thus need to “take care of the people”); certainly Power CAN’T be given back to the People within that construct.
