Many Buildings in the Beautiful World be designed so that there are safe ways to Exit the Building, particularly in cases of Emergency.
Of course, Many Buildings ALSO have ways & means to keep unwanted interference from the OUTside as well. For example, locksm bolts, metal doors, etc.
'Tis clear deduction, then, that a Balance is neccesary for Healthy what? Function. 
Like Buildings, so are organizations, systems, programs, bureacracies & the like. 
The very systematic nature of such organizations could both help and/or hinder its own Healthy Function!!
So 'tis important to do realize the mechanical nature of our own minds and institute Creativity to be less & less mechanical 'til such point as one Transcends that altogether!In doing such, understanding Quantum Physics Conceptually can provide evidence that what I speak of IS indeed Possible.

In other words, what if the locks to keep unwanted OUT hindered those INside from being able to get OUT! That's the effective point.
